Account Manager   Location: Staines

£20,000

To contribute to the sales effort of the company by generating new sales leads, dealing with telesales enquiries and providing excellent customer service to own client base.

Key Accountabilities

To be responsible for:

  1. Planning and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed sales targets.

  2. Following up all incoming leads on a timely basis and capturing details of each prospect accurately on the customer database.

  3. Sending appropriate information and tracking progress of all leads within assigned customer group.

  4. Making set quota of daily outbound calls to prospects on target account lists.

  5. Contacting potential customers and up selling opportunities from contacts/customers identified as a result of existing relationships

  6. Identifying and/or contacting customers in relation to special targeted sales campaigns.

  7. Dealing with telesales enquiries and sending quotations and supporting literature.

  8. Taking orders and liaising with Order Processing to ensure they are fulfilled.

  9. Maintaining, managing and taking responsibility for own customer base.

  10. Supporting the external sales team and the service delivery team in meeting customer needs.

  11. Liaising with suppliers and distributors to maintain product and price lists.

OTE £25,000

You will be selling to an existing client-base over the phone.  Maintaining client relationships to enable renewals and up-selling of existing contracts is key to this role.
