Internal Sales Executive
Location:
Chessington
£17,000 – OTE £30,000 |
Main
Purpose:
This role centres on
selling to a prospect base over the telephone. Working alongside
marketers, you will take responsibility for developing and implementing
a telesales/ e-marketing strategy that will increase penetration within
this market sector.
Responsibilities:

To achieve new
business contracts and revenue sales in accordance with “ the
companies “ targets.

To meet outbound
call & activity targets
-
To identify and
build your own list of prospects, across allocated markets.

To qualify and
quantify all prospects from all lists and prospects supplied by
marketing/ from goldmine & other sources.

Obtain competitor
and contact information for the enhancement of the prospect lists
-
Where appropriate
gain prospect commitment to trial. Control the implementation
process and manage ongoing trial on a regular basis.

To identify full
extent of business proposition via calls, research and/or trial
data. Develop an appropriate business proposal based on this
information and effectively present the solution via a proposal to
the prospect.

To close business
via commitment from prospect in the form of a signed committed
contract, in line with agreed commercials. .

Gain market
feedback on potential enhancements, additions, new content etc for
“the companies” products and services and on competitive activity,
products and services. This information to be fed to the
marketing/product development team on a regular basis.

All sales
administration duties carried out in a timely manner. Contracts to
be processed internally in accordance with agreed procedures and
full briefing given to internal or external Account Manager/
business as a hand over process

Maintaining client relationships to enable renewals and up-selling of
existing contracts is key to this role.
