Sales Account Manager

£20,000, ote £25,000.

To maintain and develop business within a geographical area and generate new business by sourcing leads, telephone canvassing and closing prospect business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently grow the revenue and achieve the budgets of the territory.

  • Ensure all existing customers are telephoned as per the Client, call cycle and in accordance with the Company Customer Care Policy.

  • Maximise all revenue opportunities from existing customers by ensuring they are aware of the full clients range of services.

  • Telephone all prospective users of the company  as per the Universe database for the sales territory. To achieve sales productivity and activity targets as specified in the Divisional Policy and Guide.

  • Generate new prospect leads for the Database using external sources (i.e. other than the the Universe Database) and by following up divisional mail shots to ensure that ALL new starters are contacted as per the Company Customer Care Policy.

  • Conduct relevant debrief meetings with the appropriate field sales partner.

  • Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.

  • Carry out any other relevant duties as requested by the Line Manager to ensure the effective performance of the sales function.

  • To develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge and thorough understanding of all Divisional Services, Rates and relevant Administration and Operational processes.

Inbound Sales Executive

JOB PURPOSE

  • To be first point of contact for all General Inbound calls, faxes and emails

  • To probe into customer requirements and generate sale opportunities

  • To meet and exceed selling cycle generation and revenue targets

Dealer Manager

You will manage our Dealers throughout UK and Eire. This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • ensuring that sales targets are met as agreed with our Managing Director.

  • collecting and collating sales forecasts.

  • presenting our products at dealer workshops and end user pre sales presentations – this may be strategic and supported by an appropriate software engineer.

  • looking after all day to day dealer communications (eg issuing and updating price lists).

Telesales Executive

Role-Specific Objectives:

  • To sell and book appointments by telephone. To promote and sell the complete range of products and services and where appropriate, capture new lead opportunities ensuring sales targets are achieved and exceeded.

Key Tasks:

  1. To contact by telephone all prospective customers to sell incremental products, where appropriate and to book appointments for Sales personnel.
